1. How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website by browsing the shop, selecting a product, and clicking “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout to complete your order.

2. Do you deliver across Kenya?

Yes. We deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya. Nairobi deliveries are usually done same-day or next-day. Outside Nairobi may take 1–3 working days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer. Full payment is required before delivery.

4. Can I buy academic textbooks and stationery from your shop?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of academic books for all levels, along with quality stationery like notebooks, pens, and study planners.

5. How much is delivery?

Delivery fees vary by location. Nairobi CBD deliveries is Free. Outside CBD delivery start from KSh 100 and depending with courier charges. For upcountry, we’ll confirm the fee during checkout or via WhatsApp.

6. How can I track my order?

After your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a tracking update via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can also contact us for updates.

7. What if the book I want is out of stock?

If a title is unavailable, contact us and we’ll check availability or recommend similar alternatives. We also offer pre-orders on request.

8. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
